Make sure that you are using the same country and postal code to calculate your shipping in the app and in a browser.
If the seller does not have a shipping method specified to your location, that seller's items will not appear when searching.
Make sure you have not locked the search filters of the app to only show certain items such as items located in one country, or new items.
