I’ve been having the same issue for the past couple days (ever since I updated all my apps) .  It constantly crashes and it’s very sporadically as far as when it happens, but as soon as I start the app, I can’t browse for more than 2 mins or less before it just closes. No warning, no consistentcy at all.

I finally ended up deleting the eBay app from my phone and loading it again from iCloud. I haven’t had any more problems with the app.

Please update to iOS 12 and get the latest ebay app update 5.26.5 from the appstore.
