Hi
I've been having an on going issue with my ebay app on my Samsung s20 plus using the EE network.
The error message
"Network failure, please try again.
The only way for it to work again is to factory reset my phone and using smart switch to reinstall everything which can be a very tedious task. I am having to do this once a week.
This issue occurs when I switch between multiple accounts.
I've tried clearing the caches, deleting and uninstalling the app. Nothing seem to fix the issue.
Can anyone help?

This issue occurs when I switch between multiple accounts.
You can minimize the amount of account switching you are doing by using the app for one account and using a dedicated browser (or a private or incognito browser window) for each other account so you can stay signed in to each all the time.
