I'm seeing a "network error" window when trying to click on the item description. Have already uninstalled etc. Issue still not resolved. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reporting. We will look into this. In the meantime you do not need to uninstall or reinstall or log in or out.
Are you on a VPN?

I don't think so. I use mobile data when out and about, and wifi from nbn at home

I have been having the same problem, and I believe this is the cause of the sharp drop off in traffic and sales that I am experiencing the past few weeks. Please advise. Thank you.
