Hi,

Since yesterday it wont let me log into my ebay app on my Samsung galaxy s9 mobile, it keeps coming up with a message saying "network error...please try again" i have tried several fixes including clearing the cache and restarting my phone, changing my password and also uninstalling and then reinstalling the app with no success. I have managed to log in on my sons tablet no problem, just seems to be my phone for some reason?

Can anyone help as its driving me crazy?

Mine is exactly the same , NEW mobile as of Black Friday work for a whole day no problem then at night started getting the network error every time i try and sign in. Ebay works completely fine on my laptop and it was working perfectly on my phone until this. still no word back from ebay tech

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app (6.5.9.7).

It is not uncommon for out-of-the-box new phones to have old versions of Google Play Services and Google Play Store, which might prevent you from getting the latest version of the eBay app. You may have to update those first:

Hi,

did anyone manage to sort this out as I have exactly the same now and I use my mobile app for all my Ebay stuff and I desperately need this resolved. I have contacted Ebay and have been told the tech team will be in contact within 7 days. This is going to be really difficult to manage. I can login to the account on my work lap top etc.

Please help someone as I cant wait for a week. I have cleared cashe, reinstalled app and tried all the other items mentioned including checking for updates.
