The app on my phone decided it doesn't want to work anymore. I keep getting the message Network error, please try again. I've deleted the app and reinstalled, tried logging in with my email as well as my username. I've cleared the cache and even called the Ebay help desk. Nothing seems to work and nobody has answers.

What version of the eBay app are you using? And what is your OS version number, and device type?
Have you tried restarting your device after uninstalling the app, but before installing the latest eBay app version (6.9.1.2) from the Google Play Store? That should ensure a clean install. If you are having problems getting the latest version, make sure you have a recent version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store.
