It would help if your website and App. would remind people of impending natural disasters were to affect  a given area for both buyers and sellers to be aware of disrupped service.

That is an excellent suggestion.

Note however, there are always incidents that may cause delays in shipping.

I usually reach out individually to a seller prior to bidding, or right after bidding to determine shipping delays.

I always look at the Seller's location information.

I like to leave it to the Seller to notify me if there may be issues.

I have always provided positive feedback, even when shipments have been delayed when the Seller has communicated that there may be a delay in shipping.  Sometime it is not natural disasters that cause an issue...sometimes it is a Wedding Anniversary, Nana's 100th Birthday, etc.

Communication is always key.
