Why hasn’t my payment showed up on my eBay account, my PayPal account or my bank account when my product has already been delivered to the buyers address

As I quote from an an older fourm

PayPal has to be able to view online that delivery tracking states delivered in order to release your funds 3 days after.  If you don't ship with tracking, they hold your funds for 21 days.

If you didn't use tracking, it will only take one "Item Not Received" case to convince you that every package needs tracking.  It is your only defense if the buyer says they didn't get the package.

What can I do to help get my funds more quickly?

Typically, you’ll get funds in 21 days – even sooner if you follow good shipping practices:

• If you print shipping labels through eBay or PayPal, funds should be available 3 days after we can confirm that the order was delivered. Your tracking information uploads automatically, and you’ll get funds to help cover shipping, too.*
• If you ship directly using USPS, UPS or FedEx and manually enter shipment tracking information on eBay or the PayPal Transaction Details page, funds should be available 3 days after we can confirm that the order was delivered.
• If you mark the item as shipped in My eBay but don’t upload tracking information, funds should be available 7 days after your latest estimated delivery date OR
• If you don’t provide tracking information, mark the item as shipped, or the estimated delivery date cannot be calculated, funds should be available in 21 days.

Please keep in mind that it may take longer to get funds if your buyer reports a problem.

The OP is enrolled in eBay's Managed Payments program. S/he does not receive payments for transactions through PayPal. None of the quoted verbiage regarding PayPal applies to the OP.

As a new seller enrolled in eBay's Managed Payments program, you'll want to read this page carefully. 

Payments on hold as a managed payments seller 

It explains several reasons you may not be receiving the proceeds from your sales, including issues with the set up of your Managed Payments account information or reasons your funds may be on hold.
