My ebay store when accessed using a mobile phone (Ebay app or direct web) only shows 2 listings ?

Our eBay store when accessed using a mobile phone (eBay app or direct web) only shows 2 listings, when in reality I have close to 13K + active listings. As mobile users consists of a significant potion of ebay users, I fear this has a big impact on our selling potential. I already raised two cases with ebay but no result yet. Any idea how can I get this fixed ?

I was just looking at your store with the app it shows you have 13k items. When using a web browser your store has 11,000 plus items. 

Which 2 items are you seeing? 
Are you logged into eBay.com? When you look at one of your listings what do you see as a location? 
The reason I ask, when looking at my items I ship to other countries I change the location to ship to from UNited States to Canada or wherever to see what eBay's International shipping is charging customers in other countries. Sometimes I forget to change it back, when that happens it limits me to what listings I can see.

I had no problem finding 11,000+ on my iPhone looking up one of your items.

"seller's other items" in blue and then "filter" and then show 11,000+ items...a bit clinking here and there as usual.
I had to write in the exact title of your item and found it near other items...your item was not at the top of the list.
