My eBay app crashing / now can’t reinstall?

Hi there,

My  eBay app started to not open and would just crash and shut down. This happened for a few days, so I decided to try to delete and reinstall... now when I try to reinstall from App Store it just sits there with the circle to start downloading and nothing happens?

FYI, I have an iPhone XR if that helps.

Are other iPhone users having the same issue?
