Hi, 

I checked my bank account today and eBay have taken money out of it and I don’t understand why please could you help me out? I had a pair of trainers on my account, they sold but the customer cancelled it and now I’ve lost out so I relisted it and the same happened again where I’m still waiting for the money so I would just like a refund and then I will delete my eBay account. 

Id appreciate it if you could explain to me why I’ve had that money taken out of my account

If they are not paying: please file the non paying bidder so you can get your fees back.

This is most likely why you are being charged is you did not do this.
