Mobile app won't let me log in

I NEED HELP! I recently changed my name and password and the mobile app won't allow me to sign on, I'm guessing because I have 2 factor turned on. I turned off 2 factor off and it still is messed up.

I verified that all the info on the sign on window is correct... several times but it just says "Something went wrong". I can log into the desktop version without any issues. Amy help or insight would be greatly appreciated

What version number of the app are you using? Make sure it is the latest one.

You may want to try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version again. The restart should ensure a clean install.

I have uninstalled/installed the app several times and restarted my phone several times and still getting the same issue.
