Throughout the day my eBay app on iOS goes into a state where it is unusable, this typically happens if I do not use the app for a few hours(overnight etc) and I switch between WiFi and cellular during normal physical movement. Typically I go to work and/or switch between cellular and WiFi, then I go to into the app and there is nothing listed under watched items, messages, etc just loading dots or a ‘something went wrong’ screen. I have to close fully kill the app and reopen to resolve. Simply dragging down to refresh does not resolve the watched items etc. This needs to be fixed it’s been going on for months. iPhone X on latest version and latest app version as of 3/28/18. This has persisted through numerous iOS updated. Please advise.
In addition my saved searches quit sending the nightly notification emails about two weeks ago. I’ve put 3 calls into support and two tickets thus far and I’ve gotten nowhere on that...

Thank you for the report. We will look into this. Does it always happen when you switch between these two networks?

Next time the app gets stuck loading could you force quit the app and re-open it, let us know if that fixes the issue.
