Mobile app notifications not working

I had a oneplus 7t and upgraded to the 10t. Notifications were working fine on the old phone but when I switched they stopped. I checked the settings and they are not on silent and the applicable sound notification is selected. Any idea what to do? I have to rely on my email to notify me of when I receive an offer of sell an item. Other apps have no problems with sound and alerts.

I have not been getting notifications of anything for the last few days. Have you tried restarting your phone?
