Mobile app not working. This has to be at least the fifth or sixth time that I have emailed because your mobile app is not working! It will not post my listings because it says there is no shipping and return policy, when there clearly is. I don’t know how long and how many times I have to email before this is fixed. Apparently you don’t want my business.

You may have to set up default business policies using a desktop browser first before you can list with the eBay app.
