Mobile app not working. For the love of God and all that’s holy, can you please fix your app. I have emailed numerous times. It does not complete listings as it says it needs a shipping and return policy, when there is clearly a policy! Please please fix! You are wrecking my business!

Have you up a default shipping and return policy under Business Policies? You'd have to do that in a browser, but once it's done then it should work in the app.

I have a huge tech issue with both app and online. listing form has changed and shipping is a mess. no flat rate option among other things. all listings have change AFTER launch. live chat could not solve it. does your shipping look like this? [paypal? crazy]
