It's generally not recommended to hand out your personal info on public forums to random people.
As for your missing item, is there a tracking number? There are long shipping delays all over due to the holidays/the virus. You should still be within the 30-day window to open an 'item not received' case, so I'd recommend waiting another few days to see if it shows up then open a case if it doesn't.
