Twice now I have either 1) sent an e-mail response to a buyer or 2) responded by sending an offer within an e-mail to a potential buyer using the eBay app on my IPhone. The messages were note saved in my sent folder, either on my phone or on the computer version. So there is no record in my seller's account of sending the offer or sending a response. When I called eBay support about it, they acknowledged the glitch but no solution. This was especially annoying when my buyer accepted the offer; however, there was no record I could access to show the details of our offer agreement (such as free shipping or number of items to be sent). Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions found that work?
