I’m having the same problems. Wasted 30 minutes trying to leave good feedback to a seller. I did a “chat” with the eBay customer support, asking for help. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother if you were thinking of asking for help. She thanked me for being a premium buyer on eBay, but failed to address any of the issues I was having with the new format. Total clusterF.
