So I’ve been a member for years and for some reason it signed me out. So I couldn’t remember my password and it wouldn’t let me reset it. So I clicked sign in and through Facebook and it signed me in as a new member. So I’ve lost everything...what do I need to do? I need  my old membership back?

Sign back out of the app. Then try signing in with your original ebay user ID and click the forgot/reset password option.
