Seller Refunding Issues

I am an active seller on eBay and I have noticed a big issue with the return policy and the way it is handled. It seems like no matter how absurd a claim may be, if a buyer asks for a refund, they will get it almost 100% of the time. This has happened to me a few times. Buyers will make blatantly false claims with a lack of proof or evidence and be awarded a refund. This has to be changed and I know I’m not the only one who has to deal or has dealt with this. It is absurd and allows buyers to get away with everything. eBay please fix your policies. Thank you!
