Making purchases

I'm new to eBay, I've made one purchase so far, followed by several attempts after that. Anytime I select "buy now", I quickly get stopped and it says, "we're gonna need more information first". Then it directs me nowhere. I've went through my settings and email and can't figure out why!

I believe you are limited till feedback gets in on your first purchase.
