I am trying to log in my ebay account in app on website but nothing is working.it just kept on roaming for several minutes ,no matter how many times i try,how many times i uninstal and reinstall my app.its not working after this last update in december,2025.
Can anyone guide me please

You seem to be signed in to ebay.com here. Is the problem only with ebay.co.uk or the eBay app?

Try another device to rule out a device issue.
Try another network to rule out a network issue.
Try another account to rule out an account issue.

I recently had a similar problem although on a desktop. I was forced to reset my password every time I tried to log in. It was solved only after contacting the tech team. I don't know if that could be related to what's happening to you, but might be worth reaching out to tech via CS.

This problem is with browser and app both.i am getting messages notification from buyers in email but not able to sign in to reply them.tried different network,tried different browser but nothing worked in app or browser

If you are getting messages from members forwarded to your email address, try replying directly to the email without using the blue "reply" button in the message body.
Which browsers have you tried? Latest versions? Try a different browser, preferably the latest version of a popular browser you have not tried before with default settings and no add-ons.

Yeh i have tried updated browser version.how can i accept offer via email?
Also i have tried this given link aswell.nothing worked for my account login.
