Listings not showing in eBay app

My listings aren’t showing up in the eBay mobile app, but they are visible and purchasable through a browser. I’ve contacted support multiple times and received conflicting answers—some say it’s a technical issue, others say I’m blocked from the app.

This is causing me to lose customers. Please clarify what’s happening and how I can fix it.

Do you own the rights to sell those digital game items?

My listings are visible in the browser and fully purchasable, so this isn’t a rights issue.

Many of the complaints about items not purchasable in the app but able to be purchased in a browser seem to be from sellers selling digital items, indicating that there may be a connection.

Don't know why they are blocking them from the app.

There's been other sellers complaining about it and they all sell digital items that can't be sold or bought.
