Last IOS app update doesn’t install or work

As of 18.08.2021 app is not upgrading anymore. Tried to uninstall and download again, app doesn’t complete installation and it’s icon remain all grey

Thanks for reporting this. Looking around online it looks like Apple is giving the wrong updates to some people. We are hoping they correct this. You might want to contact them letting them know of the issue too.

Dear Sirs,

I don’t know how to do this, maybe the managers of the eBay app should let Apple know about these issues

App now asks correctly for download a previous version, done.

Problem was divided in two parts 

1) new app requires iOS 13.4 but doesn’t say it

2) app doesn’t ask for download a previous version

of course if I had known it requires iOS 13.4   I wouldn’t have tried to delete it and reinstall
