Label printing incorrectly from mobile device.

Hello,

I have always printed shipping labels from my iPhone on half sheets of 8.5 x 11 self adhesive paper.  Recently when the label generates, the label prints portrait in the middle of the page rather than landscape on have causing me to have to spend time cutting and piecing together my labels.  I am able to print normally from a computer but that is very inconvenient for me.  I tried resetting the settings from the computer and then printing again from the phone but no change.  Is this a known issue? Thanks

Having the same issue, so annoying. Who the hell would want to print a shipping label in the middle of the page...same issue on both iPad/iPhone and no luck when trying to email it to myself.

UGH... same.  I am only posting that with the hopes they fix it seeing how many folks are having issues.  And going into the holiday season?!  Oh my... such a pain.

Hi!  I have found a work around!  If you use ebay from a browser on your phone you can get it to print sideways and fit the label!  It is NOT as convenient, but at least now I'm not wasting labels!  BUT there is something that happened on my phone (my iPhone) where when I pushed print a label would pop up, but when I printed that label it would be fuzzy?!  So I had to just close that and push the button that said print label, then all was fine.  I'm hoping the app is fixed soon!!  Maybe this will help!

Update.  As of a couple of days ago I have noticed my labels printing correctly from my phone again.  Everybody else seeing the same?

I am still having this problem as of Feb 25th 2021....anyone find a fix?

I didn’t find a fix but after a couple of weeks the issue corrected itself on my side.  It’s frustrating, I know.  Good luck!

over this past weekend,  i am still having the same issue.  convenient to do from a phone,  but the placement is horrible,  wastes time, and looks bad

I still have the same problem. ebay is useless, simply want big sellers and the little ones, that got them started by the way, can suck wind. AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!
