Items Waiting To Ship & Open Offers not showing on app main page

Several days ago my items waiting to be shipped and open offers stopped appearing on the app main/home page. I have removed and reinstalled the app with the latest version and still not there. Any ideas?

Which OS version are you using? Which app version are you using? Are you still having this problem today @popham3sports ?

Yes, still having the problem. I saw that this same issue came up in 2022 and it was fixed with an update, so hoping eBay does the same thing again. Unless they just want items I looked at recently and suggestions to buy on the main page. Thanks for any help.

I was unable to replicate your issue with iOS 17.7 and eBay app 6.178.0.1 - still see items waiting shipment on the home page.

I updated to iOS 18 last night and I'm still not having the issue.

I suggest either upgrading to iOS 18 or sticking with 17.7 then waiting for the next eBay app update.

You can also physically shake your phone while the eBay app is open and it will open a screen for you to report a tech issue with the app.
