This appears to be a common but unsolved problem: I've changed all my addresses (I believe there are four) yet when I sell an item the listing still says the item is located at my old address.
Please note, again: I've updated all my addresses.

Ken, I can't thank you enough. I've been combing through the community pages looking at others who have posted with this issue, and it always dead ends with a discussion of whether someone has changed all four of their addresses. One other mentioned an item address, but there's no item address fields.
Your mention, however, caused me to look more closely, and I found at the bottom a wee mention of the item's zip code. Holy cow.
