Hey I recently bought a muffler exhaust for a Toyota RAV4 2003 in February 20 and haven’t received my car part yet and was expecting at least second week after the purchase

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.  Has that date now passed by 5-7 days?

If so, why not open an item not received case in the Resolution Center?

And why not read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? It's seen in every listing and clearly explains the protection that eBay offers if/when a transaction goes wrong.
