Issues with App

Unable to log into my eBay account on the app. Get the following error message: "No network found. Please retry or check your network settings."

 

I'm able to log into my account through my browser, just not the app.

Which operating system version number are you using? And which version of the eBay app?

That is the version of the app I have, though I am using Android 15, so it should be working.

 

You might try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app once more. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

I've tried that several times and get the same error. I've also restarted in safe mode and then tried the app again and get the same error message

You may want to report the app issue directly to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active. That should provide eBay with details of what you encountering.

I've tried shacking my phone, but it doesn't appear to work. I've reported it once to ebay, but seemed to get no help.

Make sure the "shake to report" feature is enabled in your app settings.
