Invalid Request when signing in

Please help! When trying to sign in to my ebay app, I get "Invalid Request". I have read other forum posts and followed some advice (clearing cache for Google play store and services and then reinstalling the app). None of it works. Thanks!

What version number of the eBay app are you using? And what Android version number?

Is your country location set to Australia? You are currently posting on the US ebay.com discussion boards.

If you have not already tried, try uninstalling the eBay app, then restarting your device before installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

 screenshot of my latest android update. EBay app version is 6.39.0.1

Tried installing after resetting phone and still get the same error.

 Hey @stephaniem271186! We've seen some others reporting this experience as well and I know it's being looked into. Hopefully a fix can be found soon.

Please update to version 6.41 that was released on 12.20.21
