Before the most recent app update a few days ago, listing products was a quick and simple process . Since the update, it is a frustrating, redundant time suck. Now, when I am in the midst of editing an existing draft listing, then switch to another app and back, the eBay app is no longer on the draft / listing page I was editing, but has gone back on the initial “eBay” logo, like the app crashed and restarted.
If I’d been working on a new draft, it is gone completely. If I was editing an existing draft or revising a listing, I find that it has reverted back to its previous version without having saved any of my edits.
this has become so problematic that now, if I need to go off the editing page to copy text or check an email, I’ve started reposting the item with the half-edited revisions, just so I don’t lose my progress! Then, when I have the off-app info I need, I return to my listings to revise the item again so I can finish my edits.
This, along with sudden loss of ability to share listings to my seller FB page (instead of my personal one), has taken my eBay selling experience from effortless to infuriating in a matter of just two days.
What’s going on with not saving progress to revisions or new listings during the editing process? Recreating the same listing details time and again is such an unnecessary waste of time I never had to deal with before. Now it is constant and unacceptable.

Your issue appears to be similar to what @retro-metro posted about a week ago here.
Are you able to scroll down to the bottom of the draft and save changes before flipping to a different app - at least as a temporary measure?
I suggest filing a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

I'm sorry, but I do not use the app to share listings on Facebook (or any other social media site). I have been sharing listings on my Facebook business page this morning without issue using my desktop and Chrome.
@upside_downsize Can you try sharing your listings from Seller Hub>Marketing>Social using your desktop?
Using your device, you can also use the steps already covered in the post above to file a technical issue report.

I just did a test using my Android phone and the eBay app and successfully shared a listing on my Facebook business page. I did need to switch accounts on Facebook from my personal account to my business account to see the option to share on my Facebook business page.
Maybe it is IOS app issue?

Thanks @mcdougle4248 ! Sounds like the solution could be making sure you're signed in to the Facebook account you want to use.

Prior to app update when I selected “share” to FB I had the option to select whether I’d be sharing to my personal, business, or other managed page. Presently, it only presents the option to share to my personal page with no other possibilities.
