I have problems in check out

From yesterday I can’t pay. Can’t finish my checkout in the last step.

Try checking out using a browser; it may work, or else it may provide a more explanatory error message.

Make sure your seller actually ships to Latvia. If you are using a shipping forwarder, make sure your seller accepts payments from Latvia -- many sellers have their accounts set up to exclude payments from countries they do not ship to.

Thanks for posting. @eburtonlab  is correct. The seller most likely needs to have you in the same country as them. Please try finding a similar item from another seller.
