I cannot start any function on EBay application . How should I do ?

I try to start to use EBay app but it doesn’t work.  I try to delete app and reinstall app many times. But it doesn’t work . How should I do? Could you help me for this problem?

What operating system and version are you using @prangkopoonnapa ?

What does "doesn't work" mean - are you seeing an error message?

For now you can access eBay from a web browser on your device until the app issue is resolved.

If your device is old, you may not be able to use the app. It requires iOS 16 or later / Android 10 or later. If your device has an older OS then deleting the app and using your web browser is what you'll have to do.

My IPad is updated version to IOS version 18.4.1 . But eBay application was nothing . No error message.  Ebay app is frozen .

Delete the eBay app. Restart your device. Install the latest version of the eBay app.

If that does not work, use a browser to go to ebay.com or whichever eBay site you normally use instead of using the app.
