I can't upload pictures on the Android app.

Please help cause I've tried everything and I can't upload pictures to the my listings. Which means that I can't sell. I'm using Android 7.0 and the latest app version. It keeps saying Network Connection Lost! I've ever tried uninstalling, clearing cache, reinstalling older versions. Etc ... Help!

Can you share more details , when exactly are you seeing this error? Please post screenshots if possible.

I get this error all the time, too. I'll take a pic, hit ok, it will go back to the pic grid with the latest pic taken shown as "uploading" then, boom, network connection lost screen appears with a retry button. If I hit the retry button I get the eternal spinning wheel of loading. I then have to exit the listing, it gets saved as draft, then I repeat the process until I lose my patience and come here to get answers. Even loading pics from my gallery is a chore. I have to constantly exit and reenter the listing.

I have a Galaxy S8+. It is completely up to date. I can't list without the ability to take pictures. Please Ebay... do something about this.

Thanks for posting. Could you post a screen shot next time you get this network error. We will look into this.
