We know the ebay app does not offer buyers the ability to request an invoice when buying multiple items from us. What is your SUCCESSFUL WORKAROUND? Right now with the holidays my traffic is at the annual peek, but I have started losing sales because the buyer cannot request the invoice. No shopper (understandably) wants an ordeal trying to check out. How do you salvage your multi item orders when people are on their phone using the app and just want to check out? Thanks for your help!!!!
