How to dispute a purchase that eBay cancelled the auction

How do I dispute a transaction, when after I paid, eBay cancelled the auction bc of possible third party access to sellers account?  It won’t let me ask for a refund bc the whole transaction and item was deleted by eBay. How do I contact eBay?

Hey there! What is the current payment status? If the seller has not claimed the payment or it is pending, you won't be able to open a dispute unless it does get claimed. You're still covered even if a listing has been removed by eBay.

Did you purchase this as a guest user? If you bought it as a guest, you'll need to log in through the checkout confirmation email you received before attempting to open the request.
