How do i downgrade app to previous version? New version crashes

My phone updated the ebay app today and now when i do a listing with my phone and goto preferences to enable immediate payment (not sure why i have to do it with every listing) then hit the back arrow, the app crashes every single time.

 

Im using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 6.0.1

 

Is there a way to make it so i dont have to enable immediate payment on every listing with the mobile app? Also why cant i add, edit or view the "custom label" with the app?

Well here is an update..i was able to downgrade to an earlier version, still crashing.

 

I tried to use my tablet and same thing, it crashes. So its must not be related to the recent update.

 

The only thing i can think of is i opted out of the sold/orders and the my ebay homepage on my desktop. So im back to using the older versions of those. I did that last night so maybe thats whats causing my app to crash, are they even related?

 

I also created a brand new account and attempted to list something and no crash. But one thing i noticed is the brand new account listing an item on mobile looks compeltly different.

 

Please help the only way i list items with with my phone, im not gonna be able to list if its doent get fixed.

My desktop version was restored to the way it was yesterday but app is still crashing..here is a more detailed explaniation of whats is happening

 

The eBay mobile app keeps crashing when im trying to make or edit a listing and goto the section called "preferences". This happens on my phone and my tablet both android. It started last night. Its only happens on my main account, I created a new account last night and i get no crashes. When i start a new listing using "sell one like this" i can edit every option until i click "preferences" at the bottom, it will freeze for a second then crash. If i try to revise one of my current listings i can click preferences but as soon as i hit the back arrow it crashes or if i use the returns slider to disable then re-enable returns it crashes. the only way i do listing is with the mobile app. I have had to partially list with the app then goto desktop to finish listing but it takes 2x as long to do that. And i have to manually enter my paypal email address,return settings and immediate every new listing now when i switch to desktop to finish a listing that was started with the app
