Thanks for reporting. Please go to google play, uninstall the app, restart your device, and then install the Ebay app again.

What Android version number are you using?

If your operating system is version 6 or higher, you should be able to use the latest version of the eBay app.

If you are having problems getting the latest version, make sure you have the latest versions of Google Play Services (21.21.16) & Google Play Store (25.9.19-21). If not, follow the directions here:
