How can I show my phone number like this in the eBay app?

I saw that one seller is able to show his phone number like this in the app. Anyone knows how to achieve this? Thank you for any help!

What category is the item listed in?

Is the seller located in North America?

You can't. Ebay doesn't allow that type of contact information as it encourages less-than-honest buyers and sellers to circumvent ebay, cheat ebay out of fees and sell outside of the site.

At the risk of being accused of being an ebay-defender, I'll say that if you're using ebay to gain exposure, they're helping you get traffic to your listings and you should pay ebay for that service.

I think, this is something to do with escrow. Looking at the items you sell, you also use escrow dot com. Perhaps this information is available through that website because you and this other seller are members?

More information on how you got to the page that shows the phone number would help us (well, me) understand. 

Also, your listings may show this as well, but you can’t see it because there would be no reason to show you your own phone number. Can you log out and follow the same path to see your phone number?

Here is the item I am showing.  You will have to view it through the eBay app to see it.  It looks like it is a feature of eBay but even the customer service agent does not know about it. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

There is a setting in your Account > "Manage communications with buyers" to allow your phone # to be shown on listings Q&A. You must have it turned on already:
