Hey eBay

Hi good morning my name is Darryl Antoine of Saint Lucia I am reporting a seller for selling me and Samsung Galaxy J5 G570M Screen that doesn’t work at all i am requesting my refunds $29.00 USD back i already sent five pictures as proof that the screen don’t work and the seller is asking me to remove the negative feedback to first to send me my refunds i find this seller is an fraud and a scammer that uses eBay to scam people with stuff that don’t work for easy money please i want my refunds back.

OK, you made the same post 4 times.  You then indicated that your post was the solution to your problem.

None of that is going to resolve your problem.

After you received the item that "doesn't work at all", you had 30 days to open an item not as described case in the Resolution Center, bottom of any eBay page.  After opening the case, you could have returned to the case and asked eBay to step in.

If you were required to return the faulty item, the seller would have been required to either send you a prepaid return label, or to reimburse you in advance for the cost of return shipping.

So, what have you done so far to be proactive for yourself and to be refunded, other than post the same message multiple times?

All buyers need to read the Money Back Guarantee so that they know what to do if/when a transaction goes wrong.
