How come in the Help section, when I click on View All Orders I can only get some of my orders? I order alot and cant access old orders to make sure they came in. And when a pkg is returned, why wont the company resend it or tell you. Then they dont want to resend when you ask about it... Now I cant get to the order in the Help section
