Fraud

Fraud I purchase a wet dry vac from you the other night and receive confirmation and the money was taken out of my bank account only to be told the following day the company was not sending it and there is no way of contacting you to get my money back. That's fraud in my book and in an attorneys thinking as well. None of your phone numbers are even real! There is no means to get back what i paid except to sue Ebay  since you guaranteed you did not defraud buyers.  Contact me immediately about this issue.

eBay is not here. This is a member to member board. You are talking to other members like yourself. What is this talk of attorneys and sueing eBay? Maybe you need to go back and read the user agreement you signed where you agreed not to sue eBay.

If you want a refund because you didn't get your item there's a process you must go through to get the refund.  When the expected delivery date has passed with no item delivered visit the Resolution Center. Choose the button that says I bought an item  and I haven't received it yet. Continue on and submit the claim. eBay gives the seller a few days to respond to your claim. They'll have to prove to eBay with tracking they sent it or if they can't prove you received it you'll be able to escalate the claim for a refund. No attorney is necessary. Your eBay guarantee that's in the listing explains what to do if the item isn't  as described or you paid and didn't receive it. It helps to read the guarantee before you go off half cocked wanting to sue somebody.
