I bought an iPhone 5 through the app around January and I never received my item. I tried filing a case and talking to the merchant but nothing happened. I then canceled my case thinking eBay would help me get my money back and nothing. I’ve had no help in retrieving my refund. I basically gave money away. Please help me

Since you canceled the case ebay won't help now. Go to which ever you paid with and open a case through there. The seller would then have to respond, and if no tracking you will most likely get a refund.
