App needs to show feedback notes. I have negative feedback that I got a month after product delivery. Making false claims. Come to find out this person sells same types of items I do. Nothing I can do but add notes on all the false feedback. Doesn’t help if app doesn’t show notes.

also I can only send messages in app and not online 🤷🏻‍♀️

Notes on feedback? Or are you referring to replies? You can only reply to feedback in the web browser. There’s never been notes for feedback. 
Regarding the inability to send messages online…are you referring to web browser? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? A different browser?
