Feedback discrepancies on android app only

I have no negative feedbacks a seller, ever.  Just one asinine neutral post.  This can be seen on the eBay mobile website (see pic). 

When someone clicks on an item on the android app, it says that I have 100% positive feedback.  When they click on the drop down arrow too see feedback details, it shows that I have one instance of negative feedback.

What is this about? How do I fix it?

 Thanks. Also, I've only been a member since 2015, and the app says 2008. Just noticed this.
