Just a suggestion... on the feedback form it would be nice if you could see the description of the listing and the shipping charges where they ask you for feedback on the details. As it is now, if you don’t memorize the details before going in to the form, you’ll end up typing up your review and then having to exit out (which clears the text in the review summary), get the details, go back in and start from scratch. Anywhere you are asking your users about details of a transaction, or a particular item, etc. you should include those details.
