Favorites ‘heart’ button not working

Apple iPhone 13 max. iOS 16.2. 

Cannot favorite items; pressing on the heart button repeatedly is hit or miss. 

Reset phone. Problem persists.

How many total items on your Watch List, both active and ended?

You should be able to watch up to 400.

Try deleting some old or ended items and see if that allows you to watch additional items.

I have the same issue.  Pixel 7.  Android 13.

Some things save, but others won't.  It's not related to total items on my watchlist.  Usually I'll get a notification saying it's full and that I can't add more items.  It's not full. 

Also, it doesn't make a difference if I click the heart from the search screen or if I go into the item and click Add to Watchlist.  Seems to be item specific.

If you delete an item from your Watch List, can you then add one of the those problematic items that could not be added earlier?

This may be a new issue but this seems to have started with a Chrome update. At the same time it changed the look of Chrome Bookmarks as well. I did find out how to reverse the Bookmarks issue.
