I had the highest bid but did not win. What am I missing ?

If you didn't win I means you didn't have the highest bid. Go back and look at the bid history on the items.

Could you send me the item number so that we can take a look at this? It is possible that you did win the item but there is a problem with the auction system right now that is sending bid/won items to the unsold area of the seller's acct.
