I haven’t signed out of the app since an originally downloaded it.
Have you turned your device off then back on again?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
Im not very tech savvy but those are the options I would try when faced with a weird acting app.
If you’ve done those things and still have issues I’m sure someone will chime in shortly with another solution.
